In The Light of Islam, Some Questions For The Search of The Truth and "Real Islam"

  1. Allah (SWT) says in Qur’an “Follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow guardians besides Him” {Chapter 7, Al-Aaraf, The Elevated Places: 3}

    2. At another place in Qur’an Allah (SWT) says, “But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and believe in the (Revelation) sent down to Muhammad – for it is the Truth from their Lord, He will remove from them their sins and improve their condition” {Chapter 47, Muhammad:2}

    3. Allah (SWT) says in Qur’an “Certainly you have in the Apostle of Allah (SWT) an excellent exemplar (of conduct i.e. Sunnah)” {Chapter 33, Al-Ahzaab, The Clans: 21}
  2. Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) Said, “O People! I am leaving two things amongst you. If you won’t leave them you won’t ever be misguided from the right path. (And they are) Kitab-u-Allah (SWT) (i.e. Qur’an) and the teachings of His Prophet (Sunnah)”. {Mustadrak Hakim}

    QUESTIONS:
    1) Was Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) Shia, Ahl-e-Hadith, Hanafi, Shafai, Hanbli or Malki?

    2) Has Allah (SWT) and His Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) ordered to follow anyone from the above six i.e. Shia, Ahl-e-Hadith, Hanafi, Shafai, Hanbli or Malki?

    3) When Eisa Alaihi salam will come again will he follow the religion sent by Allah (SWT) (Islam) or one from the above six?

    4) Will Eisa Alaihi salam be called a Muslim? Or a Shia, Ahl-e-Hadith, Hanafi, Shafai, Hanbli or Malki?

    5) Allah (SWT) has given us name Muslim or Muslimeen. As in Qur’an, “It is He Who has named you Muslims, both before and in this (Revelation)” {Chapter 22, Al-Hajj, The Pilgrimage: 78}. Is it right to choose a name for ourselves after Allah (SWT) has given us a name? If so then won’t it be interference in Shariah and Allah (SWT)’s authority?

    6) Being the followers of one Prophet (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) what would be the name of the whole Ummah “MUSLIM”? Or one from the above six i.e. Shia, Ahl-e-Hadith, Hanafi, Shafai, Hanbli or Malki?

    7) Were the six “Madaahib (Sects)” i.e. Shia, Ahl-e-Hadith, Hanafi, Shafai, Hanbli or Malki sent on Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam)?

    8) If so then Is Islam the collection of all these six or each one of them is Islam?

    9) If Islam is the collection of the above the six then according to Holy Qur’an, “O ye who believe! Enter fully into Islam”. {Chapter 2, Al-Baqarah, The Cow: 208}. Why a follower of one sect cannot follow the other sect’s teachings? And why does he/she follow only of his/her?

    10) If each of them is Islam then were there six Islam sent on Prophet Muhammad or One?

    11) Today when a Non-Muslim becomes Muslim he/she will go to which sect so that he/she can follow, “Enter fully into Islam “. {Chapter 2, Al-Baqarah, The Cow: 208}

    12) Any one who does not follow the above six and even does not believe in them, Will he/she be an Infidel? Or there will be some thing less in his/her Islam and faith? If so according to which rulings of Islam?

    13) Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) said “There would be 73 sects in his Ummah. 72 would go to hell and one to heavens and then he said Wa Hi-al-Jamaat i.e. it will be a Jamaat {Sunan Abu-Daud}.  Now which one among the six is the “Al-Jamaat”?

    14) Were the above six present in the time of Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam)?

    15) If so, to which Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) belonged? And if he belonged to any of the above then what is Qur’an saying here, “Surely they who divided their religion into parts and became sects, you have no concern with them” {Chapter 6, Al-Ana’m, The Cattle: 159}

    16) Prophet Muhammad said, “There are three things to which a believer’s heart is not dishonest:
  3. a) While doing something, doing it only for Allah (SWT).
    b) Abide by your Ah-le-Amr.
    c) Stick to Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen. {Mustadrak Hakim}

Then there is another Hadith “Stick to Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen and it’s Imam (Amir) . stay away from all other sects”. {Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim}

17) Which one among the six is Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen (As in question #16) or Al-Jamaat (As in question # 13) so that according to Prophet’s order in question # 16, we stick to “Al-Jamaat” and it’s “Imam”?

18) Those who don’t belong to Al-Jamaat, Will they be believer according to Mustadrak Hakim?

19) Those who have indulged themselves in sects and have not stayed away from them according to Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, are they not disobeying Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam)? And the Prophet said, “One who disobeys me is denied from going to heavens” (Sahih Bukhari).
