WOMEN SHOULD ATTEND EID CONGREGATION WITH JAMAAT-UL-MUSLIMEEN

Umm Atya (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated:

We were commanded by the prophet (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) to go out for Eid and also to take along with us menstruating women, mature girls and virgins staying in Khidr (strict hijab). And that everyone should participate with Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen in Eid prayer but menstruating women should keep away from the praying place.
(Sahih Bukhari: Kitab-ul-Eidein Vol II Chapter 21 page 52)

EID PRAYER SHOULD BE OFFERED IN MUSALLA (OPEN SPACE, EID GAH) AND NOT IN MOSQUE

Abu Saeed Ibn Khudri narrated:

The prophet (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) used to proceed to the Musalla for Eid prayers on the days of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid -ul-Adha.
(Sahih Bukhari : Kitab-ul-Eidein Vol II Chapter 6  Page 40; Sahih Muslim)

There is no hadith regarding offering Eid prayer in mosques save one Daeef Hadith but in that too it is mentioned that it rained on that Eid day. Hence this hadith cannot be a proof for offering Eid prayer on sunny days where there is no rain. Moreover this hadith is Daeef and is not acceptable.
