SALAAT UL HAJAAT AND THE FITNA OF THE NEO KHAWARIJ!

The dua regarding which accusations of shirk and kufr have been leveled against Jamaat ul Muslimeen is found in the following books of hadeeth:

MUSNAD OF AHMAD 16789, TAAREEKH OF IMAM BUKHARI, TIRMIZI 3578, IBN MAJAH 1385, NASAEE’S AMALUL YAUM WA LAILAH 664, MUSTADRAK OF HAKIM 1221, 1952, 1972, 1973, AMALUL YAUM WA LAILAH OF IBN US SUNNEE 1628, AL MUJAM UL KABEER OF TABRAANI 9/30,31, At Targheeb Wat Tarheeb etc.

The following Aimma have authenticated this hadeeth;
IMAM TIRMIZI, IMAM ABU IS’HAAQ, IMAM IBN KHUZAIMAH, IMAM HAKIM, IMAM BAIHAQEE, IMAM TABRAANI, HAFIZ ZAHABEE AND ALLAMA SUYOOTEE.

NASIRUDDIN AL ALBAANI also declared it Saheeh in Saheeh Ibn Majah.

Now this hadeeth is Saheeh and there is no doubt that this hadeeth has been recorded in a number of hadeeth books.

These NEO KHAWARIJ believe that the person who reads this dua after the demise of Rasoolullah (Sall Allah u Alaihi wa Sallam) is a MUSHRIK.

And here is the real issue.

A Sahabi Usman Ibn Hunaif Radi Allahu Anh saw Rasoolullah (Sall Allah u Alaihi wa Sallam) teaching this dua to a blind Sahabi, Usman Ibn Hunaif Radi Allahu Anh then taught this dua after the demise of Rasoolullah (Sall Allah u Alaihi wa Sallam) to another person and this happened during the Caliphate of Usman Ibn Affan Radi Allahu Anh. Now to say that the person who reads this dua now is a MUSHRIK is a blatant fatwa which left us amazed at the audacity of these Khawarij. Now should we have kept silent at this or should we have defended the Sahaba, the Muhaddiseen and Aimma who quoted and authenticated this hadeeth and finally the Ameer of Jamaat ul Muslimeen.

I was asked by Ameer e Muhtaram to write a pamphlet on this, which I did after seeking Istikhaara from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala.

Now they have pointed their swords towards me and have labeled me a Mushrik as well and have left Jamaat ul Muslimeen saying that the Ameer is a Mushrik, Shahid Ali is a Mushrik and those who do not consider them Mushriks are also Mushrikeen.

Have you ever witnessed such audacity? Can you even now say that these people can be correct? If they are correct in their fatwa then good bye to all the books of hadeeth and to their respective writers who not only quoted this dua but also authenticated it and wrote it in their chapters on dawaat.

If a person levels the fatwa of kufr or shirk on any Muslim then that fatwa rebounds to the person who leveled the fatwa. {Saheeh Muslim}

This explains why these NEO KHAWARIJ have left Jamaat ul Muslimeen, their own fatwa rebounded and cursed them forever. The only way out of this damnation is to repent and repent openly since they have not only called us Mushriks but all these Muhaddiseen as well while they admit it not.

The dua of Salat ul Haajaat is only meant to be read as s dua and not as a call for intercession or waseela. Jamaat ul Muslimeen has never and shall never believe in the intercession or intermediation (tawassul, waseela) of the righteous people before us, what they did shall benefit them, they cannot help us in any way, ONLY ALLAH ALONE IS THE ONE WHOSE HELP IS SOUGHT BY US. Going to the graves of the righteous and asking for their help or intercession is SHIRK. Kindly, do not believe in these baseless allegations against Jamaat ul Muslimeen.
ALHAMDULILLAH the dua and all Ahaadeeth related to it have been proven to be Saheeh.
In order to stop gossip mongerers from spreading these wild allegations, Ameer e Muhtaram decided to remove this dua from the next edition of Dawaat ul Muslimeen Volume 2 which is also according to the Sunnah as is in Saheeh Bukhari Kitab ul ILM and other related chapters.
