Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen and Various Scholars Why didn't the most prominent scholars ever speak about Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen? This question is often asked by various critics, we will try to answer this question according to the knowledge given to us by Allah, InshAllah.
'Follow that which has been revealed upon you from Allah and do not follow
any other friends besides it. Little do you recollect!'
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad said (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam):
O people for sure, I am leaving among you these (two things), if you
hold them firmly you would never go astray. Those two things are Allah's book
and the tradition way of his prophet. It should be clear that when Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen is proven from Prophet Muhammad [SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam] 's time then there is no need for giving proof for Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen in any scholar's time, still for the argument s' sake we are giving proof from some scholar s' books.
Imam Abu Hanifa (rehmatullah) said: when a person dies who has no inheritor his
belongings should be for Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen…
Imam Abu Hanifa (Rehmatullah) said : Taking of qasaas without hard work and
power isn't possible and hard work with out Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen
and Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen's Imam isn't possible.
Imam Jaffer Sadiq (rehmatullah) says : Whoever disputes in
Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen and breaks the Imam 's oath, he will appear with shame
in front of Allah.
Imam Jaffer Sadiq (rehmatullah) says : Whoever parts from
Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen even the size of palm, he removes the rope if Islam from
his neck.
Imam Shafai (rehmatullah) says : …whoever should say what
Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen says without dispute……….. all of Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen
can't be unaware of Kitab Allah, Sunnah prophet
(SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam)...
Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (rehmatullah) says : Prophet Muhammad
(SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) said: The heart of a true believer doesn't
deceive in three things 1) performing good deeds for Allah alone, b) Advising
the Ameer, c) adhering to Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen.
Shah Waliullah says (rehmatullah) : I say it should be clear that in the month
of Ramadan blessing is for Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen.
Ibn e Hajar (rehmatullah) says : Jamaat means Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen.
Imam Qartbi (rehmatullah) says: The definition of a person who leaves Jamaat is
that he left the Deen as whoever leaves Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen
becoming a apostate, only if he returns to Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen
whoever had left
Imam Khitabi (rehmatullah) says : And Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen
is the best.
Abu Usman Al Nehdi (rehmatullah) says: wish well for Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen.
Al Rabi bin Khaishem (rehmatullah) says : …That he should be well wisher of
Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen.
Imam Makhool (rehmatullah) says that Prophet Muhammad
(SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) said: Whoever leaves Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen,
he has no salat until he returns to them. Lengthy lists can be compiled to give proof for Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen but critics will criticize for the sake of it, but they should remember this hadith.
Prophet Muhammad (SallAllah-u-Alaihi-wa-Sallam) said: Whoever opposes
Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen even the size of a palm, removes the chain of Islam from his
neck. |
